Upon completion, you will receive a computerized inspection report detailing the condition of each item inspected with information relating to items/systems that are functional, needing repair or service, or that may require further evaluation by licensed specialists in a particular trade. HOW LONG WILL THE INSPECTION TAKE?
The average inspection takes two to three hours depending on the size, age, and condition of the property.
SHOULD I ATTEND THE INSPECTION?
We strongly encourage the prospective buyer to be present for the walkthrough and at the end of the inspection. By being present, you will have a far greater understanding of your new home and the report. If you are unable to attend the inspection, the report can be mailed via US MAIL, or e-mailed to you per your request.

You will receive your professional field-generated report on site at the conclusion of the inspection before the final walkthrough.
